Nasnah will always do their best to deliver before the estimated delivery time. Delivery time is 24-48 hours during working days. Please allow 7-15 working days for custom-made orders, depending on individual suppliers.

Please allow 7-14 working days for international deliveries to be delivered to your door step. If you have made a custom order this may take up to 21 working days.

Egypt Your returns must have the receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns within 7 working days. All items must be returned, unused in original condition with all labels and packaging intact. Once we have inspected the item we will notify you on your refund status. If the return has been approved we will place you a refund. Please note due to your bank’s policies, you may receive the refund with in 14 days, please check with your bank for more information. Please check product description for designer returns policy. Items that cannot be returned/exchanged are: Due to health and hygiene we will not allow the following for refunds or exchanges: Items made to order Engraved items Earrings Underwear Lingerie Socks Tights Swimwear Beauty products Please note not all products are refundable due to designers policies, and we have made those items clear in the product page. Shipping Cost Please note you will be responsible for the returned item’s shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. We will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

In the body of the email, please include your social media channels, images from your most recent collection, and a short bio on your brand or service.

You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the Promo code box. Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply Code' and it will add the code to your order. When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code. You must enter the promo code when checking out as this cant be changed later. You can only use one discount/promo code per order. As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website. If your discount code is still not working after checking all of the above, then please get in touch with us and we would be more than happy to help.

We at nasnah take faulty items very seriously! Please send us an email to [email protected] with subject titled "Faulty Item". In the body of the email please include your order number, image of faulty item, name of faulty item and code, and a description of the fault.

Please get in touch with us if you receive the wrong item asap with your order number and incorrect item name and product code. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement.
